采用数值模拟的方法研究了温轧轧辊感应加热中的辊面升温及温度分布特征,分析了辊面温度均匀性及均温区大小,提出了温度均匀性指数(TUI),讨论了辊面气流调节和导磁体分布对温度分布及均匀性的影响。研究表明,辊面温度分布呈现中部温度高、两端偏低的特点,均温区长度约占轧辊总长的68%;辊面气流调节及导磁体分布调整均可增大均温区比例,分别可达81.6%和83.2%;此外,经综合优化后,均温区比例可提升至93.6%。
The characteristics of roll surface temperature rise and temperature distribution during induction heating of the hot rolling roll were studied by numerical simulation.
