产险营销队伍建设关系着产险业的健康发展。虽然产险营销队伍为产险公司创造经济效益、为构建和谐社会等方面作出了一定的贡献,但其总体素质不高、对其管理体制上的障碍已成为制约产险业发展的重要因素,加强产险营销队伍建设是我国保险市场发展的内在要求。
The construction of property and casualty marketing team is related to the healthy development of property and casualty insurance industry. Although the property and casualty marketing team has made some contribution to the building of a harmonious society by creating economic benefits for property and casualty insurance companies, its overall quality is not high. Obstacles to its management system have become an important factor restricting the development of real estate and insurance industry. Strengthening property and casualty marketing team building is the inherent requirement of the development of China’s insurance market.
