“新四化”(新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农村现代化的简称)是十八大确认的中国经济发展新蓝图。十八大结束后,经过近三个月的反复酝酿、交流、研讨,“新四化”正逐步转为中国经济发展的新共识,为中国发展积累正能量。而“两会”可能是“新四化”达成新共识的关键时机之一。
“New Four Modernizations” (abbreviated as “New Industrialization, Informationization, Urbanization and Rural Modernization”) is a new blueprint for China’s economic development confirmed by the 18th CPC National Congress. After the 18th CPC National Congress, after nearly three months of deliberation, exchange, discussion and “new four modernizations”, it is gradually turning into a new consensus on China’s economic development and accumulating positive energy for the development of China. And the “two sessions” may be one of the key occasions for the “new four modernizations” to reach a new consensus.
