当前在固定修复中,我们往往只注意到接触点的恢复是否良好,而忽略了接触点的位置、大小、形状是否正常。殊不知,接触点的正确恢复不仅是解决食物嵌塞,恢复患牙的生理外形,还能保证牙弓的稳定性,完整性,并且分散一定的咀嚼(牙合)力。此外,接触点位置恢复得不对,还可造成牙齿的移位、扭转。从而造成了牙周创伤,修复的冠、嵌体或固定桥就成了不良修复
