气液边缘位置控制装置广泛用于纺织、印刷、包装等制造领域,它的气动检测器的结构特性极大影响该装置的工作性能。本文在初步研究检测器喷口流的动状态基础上,采用正交试验和方差分析方法,优选气动检测器的结构参数,并对具有优选结构检测器的气液边缘位置控制装置进行整机动态试验,试验结果表明:检测器中固定节流器和主喷口的结构尺寸对控制气液伺服阀的膜盒中的气压变化影响最显著,采用优选结构检测器的装置的动态响应性能得到了改善。
Gas-liquid edge position control device is widely used in textile, printing, packaging and other manufacturing areas, and its structural characteristics of the pneumatic detector greatly affect the performance of the device.
