Large-scale residential buildings were developed by countries such as Europe and Japan after the Second World War to speed up the construction of residential buildings. As large-scale residential buildings do have the characteristics of being able to quickly resolve large numbers of houses and less affected by the climate, the technical policies and housing construction plans of the governments of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe gave certain development and more support. Even Japan’s large-scale construction in the “earthquake country” is developing very rapidly.
