我国的事业单位岗位绩效工资制度改革是需要建立在符合该事业单位的特点之上。我国的事业单位已经顺利完成了基本工资的修改工作,对绩效工资制度进行完善和健全。我国的事业单位绩效工资改革还需要一段较长的道路,但是即便如此,改革还是需需要贯穿和落实下去,如今的绩效工资分配到现在还是存在着许多因素的影响的,也是由于这些影响导致绩效工资的分配推进十分缓慢。本文以绩效工资改革的现实审视和思路创新着手,找出促进事业单位绩效工资改革进一步落实的方法,从而完善绩效工资分配。
