General 1.1 According to the approval process of the State Development Planning Commission’s basic construction project, any projects listed in the long-term plan or the pre-construction plan shall have the approved project proposals. Submission of project proposals should be attached with the text of the pre-feasibility study report has been approved by the competent authority. In order to unify the principles, contents and depth requirements for compiling the pre-feasibility study report of the hydropower project, this Provisional Regulation (Provisional) is formulated. 1.2 The provisions apply to the preparation of new and expanded pre-feasibility study report of large and medium hydropower.
