自2005年中国科学院党组决定成立北京分院以来,支持地方经济社会发展,开展与地方的科技合作一直是北京分院重点工作之一。五年来,北京分院认真贯彻落实科学发展观,紧紧围绕知识创新工程三期“四个一流”的目标,始终坚持改革创新发展,走过了兄弟分院十几年的历程。成效统计从2005年的54亿元增加到2010年的210亿元,年均增长率40.4%。经过五年脚踏实地的工作实践,北京分院明确了战略重点,理顺了合作机制,打开了工作局面,并不断积极开拓创新,认真研究院地合作发展新模式,在创新载体、创新集群、创新平台建设等方面积极探索,进行了有益的尝试,取得了良好的效果。
Since the party branch of the Chinese Academy of Science decided to set up the Beijing Branch in 2005, it has been one of the key tasks of the Beijing Branch to support local economic and social development and to carry out scientific and technological cooperation with the local authorities. Effectiveness statistics increased from 5.4 billion yuan in 2005 to 21 billion yuan in 2010, with an average annual growth rate of 40.4%. After five years of down-to-earth work and practice, Beijing Branch clarified the strategic priorities, streamlined the cooperation mechanism, opened up the work situation, and constantly proactively blazed new trails and seriously studied the new mode of cooperation and development in the institutes.
