随着我国资本市场结构、制度和规模的变化,投融资机构对深层次全面性投资咨询服务的依赖性显著提高。中国加入WTO 后,金融服务业逐步开放,允许国外实力雄厚的投资咨询公司利用平等的竞争条件,进驻中国市场,通过提供丰富的金融服务,与国内公司争夺客户和利润。纵观这些,我国投资咨询业的发展壮大仍然面临许多的问题亟待解决,许多措施亟待完善。
With the changes in the structure, system and scale of China’s capital market, the dependence of investment and financing institutions on deep-seated comprehensive investment advisory services has risen significantly. After China’s accession to the WTO, the financial services industry is gradually opening up and foreign powerful investment consulting companies are allowed to enter the Chinese market under equal conditions of competition and compete with domestic companies for clients and profits by providing rich financial services. Throughout these, the development and expansion of China’s investment consulting industry still faces many problems to be solved urgently, and many measures are in urgent need of improvement.
