通过金相等方法对现场取得的耐候钢板坯纵裂试样分析,结果证实铸坯表面的细小纵裂纹和粗大纵裂纹都是在结晶器内形核并生成,且形核部位是在坯壳表面以下2~4mm的低熔点区,纵裂纹边缘存在脱碳层。裂纹不但沿一次树枝晶臂延伸扩展,在二次树枝晶臂间也会发生裂纹的延伸扩展。在分析结果的基础上,提出不同类型纵裂产生的机理。
The results of the longitudinal cracking test of the weathering steel obtained from the field by the method of gold equalization show that the small longitudinal cracks and the coarse longitudinal cracks on the slab surface are both nucleated and formed in the mold and the nucleation sites are formed in the blank shell 2 ~ 4mm below the surface of the low melting point zone, vertical cracks exist decarburization layer edge. Crack not only extends along the primary dendritic arm, but also extends and cracks in the secondary dendrite arm. Based on the analysis results, the mechanism of different types of longitudinal cracks is proposed.
