Under the present grand background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in our country, theoretical research on the construction of the rule of law in China has become an important theme of the academic community. Comrade Lu Chai wrote and received a book titled “On the Paradigm of Habermas Procedural Law and Its Significance in China” (People’s Publishing House, 2014), funded by Hebei University and “Improving the Comprehensive Strength Project of Universities in Central and Western Regions.” The Ministry draws on its experience outside the region and studies the theory of the rule of law in China, especially the paradigm of the rule of law.
