目的:探讨利用同工酶技术对灵芝不同菌株的分类鉴定方法。方法:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析比较过氧化物同工酶和酯酶同工酶酶谱的变化。结果:灵芝5个菌株间存在相似的酶带和相近的Rf值,亲缘关系极其相近,紫芝与其它菌株间酶谱差异较大,亲缘关系相对较远。结论:利用酯酶同工酶对灵芝菌株及菌种进行分类鉴定是一种可靠的方法
Objective: To explore the methods of classification and identification of different strains of Ganoderma lucidum using isoenzyme technology. Methods: Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the changes of isoenzymes of peroxidase isoenzyme and esterase isoenzyme. RESULTS: Similar bands and similar Rf values existed among the five strains of Ganoderma lucidum. The genetic relationship was very similar, and there was a big difference in the zymogram between G. lucidum and other strains. The genetic relationship was relatively distant. Conclusion: The use of esterase isoenzymes to classify and identify ganoderma lucidum strains and strains is a reliable method
