“观念更新”、“更新观念”,已成为人们的口头禅。比如,“要深化改革、扩大开放,关键是更新观念”,“要搞好国有企业首先要观念更新”,“观念更新是推动经济建设的先导”,等等。这反映了人们对“观念更新”重要性的认识已达到了相当高的水准,“更新观念”已成了社会潮流。都讲“观念更新”,有许多人也确实具备了新观念,可是办起事情来,却有的成绩显著,越搞越活;有的却平平庸庸,无所作为。这是为什么呢?究其缘由当然所在多有,但其中一个重要原因是能否为新观念找到适当的载体。
“Renewing ideas” and “renewing concepts” have become the mantra of people. For example, “The key to deepening reforms and expanding opening up is to update concepts,” and “we must improve state-owned enterprises first and foremost,” “renovation of ideas is the precursor to economic development,” and so on. This reflects that people’s understanding of the importance of “renewal of ideas” has reached a very high standard. “Renewing ideas” has become a social trend. All talk about “renewal of ideas”. Many people do have new ideas. However, when they do things, they have remarkable achievements and live more and more; some are mediocre and do nothing. This is why, of course, there are many reasons, but one important reason is whether it can find a suitable carrier for new ideas.
