目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病血尿酸与胰岛素抵抗及微血管病变的关系。方法 :观测2型糖尿病微血管病变组及无微血管病变组血糖、餐后 2 h血糖、甘油三脂、胆固醇、血尿酸、空腹胰岛素 ,计算其胰岛素敏感指数。结果 :糖尿病并发微血管病变组 2 h PBG、Trig、UA、FINS较无微血管病变组明显增高 ,ISI明显降低。 UA与 Trig、FINS、2 4 h尿白蛋白定量呈正相关 ,与 ISI呈负相关。结论 :高尿酸血症作为胰岛素抵抗综合征的特点之一 ,参与了糖尿病微血管病变的发生、发展
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and insulin resistance and microangiopathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: The blood glucose, blood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, serum uric acid and fasting insulin in type 2 diabetic microangiopathy group and non-microvascular group were observed, and their insulin sensitivity index was calculated. Results: PBG, Trig, UA and FINS in diabetic patients with microvascular disease were significantly higher than those without microvascular disease at 2 h and ISI was significantly lower. UA was positively correlated with Trig, FINS, 24 h urinary albumin, and negatively correlated with ISI. Conclusion: Hyperuricemia is one of the features of insulin resistance syndrome and is involved in the occurrence and development of diabetic microangiopathy
