文章简叙了我区纺织行业十年技改概况，着重分析了近几年技改工作艰难的原因、我区纺织行业所面对的严峻形势，提出了今后的设想。
The article gives a brief overview of the ten-year technological transformation of the textile industry in our region. It highlights the reasons for the difficult technical transformation in recent years, the severe situation faced by the textile industry in our region, and proposes future ideas.
