目的对高位截瘫并发多发性压疮患者进行护理,降低压疮的发生率,为日后的护理工作提供依据。方法从我院中选取2016年1月~2017年1月的高位截瘫并发多发性压疮患者共22例,对所有患者均采用压疮高危评价量表对患者的皮肤情况进行监控、进行前瞻性会诊、在制定压疮个体预防方案给皮肤进行护理的过程中,对患者进行有效的护理工作。结果对22例高位截瘫并发多发性压疮患者均采用压疮高危评价量表对患者的皮肤状况进行评价,其中,分数高于18的患者有3例,分数在13到分之间(包含18分)的患者有8例,分数小于13分(包含13分)的患者有5例,发生Ⅱ压疮的患者总共有3例,且均痊愈出院,发生Ⅲ压疮的患者总共有3例,均好转出院。结论在对位截瘫并发多发性压疮患者采用压疮高危评价量表对患者的皮肤状况进行评价的情况下,采取有效的护理措施,可以有效降低压疮的发生概率,持续提升护理质量。
Objective To nurse patients with paraplegia complicated with multiple pressure ulcers and reduce the incidence of pressure sores, providing the basis for future nursing work. Methods A total of 22 patients with paraplegia complicated with multiple pressure ulcers from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected from our hospital. All patients were monitored for skin condition by using the high pressure ulcer evaluation scale and prospectively Consultation, in the development of pressure ulcer prevention programs to the skin care process, the patient for effective care. RESULTS: Twenty-two patients with high paraplegia complicated with multiple pressure ulcers were evaluated for the skin condition using a high-pressure ulcer evaluation scale. Among them, 3 patients had scores higher than 18, with a score of 13 to 18 (including 18 ), There were 8 patients with score less than 13 (including 13), 5 patients with II pressure ulcer, and all were cured. A total of 3 patients developed pressure ulcer, Are better discharged. Conclusions In patients with paraplegia complicated by multiple pressure ulcers using pressure ulcer evaluation scale to evaluate the patient’s skin condition, taking effective care measures can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, and continuously improve the quality of care.
