病案质量代表医疗机构的总体医疗质量,直接影响医护人员的临床工作水平。为了解目前厦门市计划生育服务系统的病案质量现状,分析存在的问题,进一步提高服务水平,我们于2001年4月抽查了区(县)、乡(镇)级服务机构各种病案文书2782份。现将发现的主要问题进行分析总结如下,供各位同仁参考。
The quality of medical records represents the overall medical quality of medical institutions and directly affects the clinical work of medical personnel. In order to understand the current status of the quality of medical records for the family planning service system in Xiamen, analyze the existing problems and further improve the service level, we sampled 2782 copies of various medical records at district (county) and township (town) level service organizations in April 2001. . The major issues that are found are analyzed and summarized as follows for your colleagues’ reference.
