一、概述青海铸造厂自1981年开始生产695Q型柴油机缸体铸件以来,废品率一直很高。几年来,减少铸造缺陷、提高铸件质量,已成为我厂的主攻目标。由于缸体的内腔全部由泥芯形成,浇注过程中铁水流动阻力大,容易出现气孔、砂眼、浇不到等铸造问题。1982年以来,我们在工艺上做了一些改进,但效果不明显。1984年共生产缸体1315件,其中废品为735
