目前,全国各地水利工作都呈现出大建设大发展的良好局面,但这也给水利建后管理工作提出了新课题.新化县从创新水利项目建管模式入手,加强水利工程建后管理,以确保组织、资金、技术到位,高效保质地完成建设任务.文章对这些经验进行了一些有益探讨.
