利用提型小麦雄性不育系与恢复系杂交获得杂种优势以提高小麦产量,近三十年来被认为是小麦育种的新途径,国内外在这方面作了大量工作。1972年起,我们开展了此项研究。通过温室加代,南繁北育,共转育了43个稳定的小麦雄性不育系,选育出恢复力在80%以上、配合力较好的8个恢复系,配制了146个杂交组合,还进行了配合力的测定,工作上取得一些进展,初步摸索到一些经验。
It has been considered as a new way for wheat breeding in the past three decades to gain heterosis by crossing the male sterile and restorer lines of the Triticum aestivum so that a great deal of work has been done at home and abroad. Since 1972, we conducted this study. A total of 43 stable wheat male sterile lines were transplanted through the greenhouse and the South Fanfu North. Eighty restorer lines with more than 80% restoring ability and better combining ability were selected and 146 hybrid combinations were prepared. We also carried out the determination of the combining ability, made some progress in the work, and initially found some experiences.
