十七大报告提出要形成城乡互动协调发展机制,本文阐述了城乡协调发展的具体内涵和目标,建立了评价城乡协调发展的指标体系。针对河南城乡发展的现状,提出要缩小城乡差距,协调城乡经济发展,全面实现小康社会。此外,还要转变政府职能,实现城乡土地的可持续利用。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed to form a mechanism for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. This paper elaborates the specific connotation and objectives of coordinated development between urban and rural areas and establishes an index system for evaluating the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. In view of the current situation of urban and rural development in Henan Province, it is proposed to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, coordinate urban and rural economic development, and fully realize a well-to-do society. In addition, we must transform the functions of government to achieve the sustainable use of urban and rural land.
