目的研究N-myc癌蛋白对神经母细胞瘤预后判断的可靠性。方法应用免疫组化ABC法检测了38例神经母细胞瘤中N-myc癌蛋白的表达，并进行随访。结果N-myc癌蛋白的表达随临床分期的增高和肿瘤体积的增大而增强，与就诊年龄、肿瘤扩散及生存期限之间有显著相关性。结论N-myc癌蛋白的表达有助于肿瘤的临床分期；可以作为判断预后的指标；对判断化疗效果有一定的指导作用。
Objective To study the reliability of N-myc oncoprotein prognostic evaluation of neuroblastoma. Methods The expression of N-myc oncoprotein in 38 cases of neuroblastoma was detected by immunohistochemical ABC method and followed up. Results The expression of N-myc oncoprotein increased with the increase of the clinical stage and the increase of tumor volume. There was a significant correlation between the expression of N-myc oncoprotein and the age of treatment, tumor proliferation and survival period. Conclusion The expression of N-myc oncoprotein is helpful for the clinical staging of tumors. It can be used as an indicator to predict the prognosis of patients. It is helpful to judge the effect of chemotherapy.
