本项研究表明:蘑菇、草菇、凤尾菇以稻草为原料,在开放式栽培条件下,培养料中都有固氮菌存在,据我们测定,每克料含量变动在0.4—44000万个之间,三类菇料中固氮菌的固氮酶活性,高的可达1毫微克分子乙烯/瓶,小时,低的只有7.42×10~(-5)毫微克分子乙烯/瓶,小时。三类菇料中分离到的固氮菌与其相应菇类的关系:一是,所有固氨菌与其相应菇类可以共同生长;二是,某些固氮菌对菇类尚有促生作用;三是,有的固氮菌与相应菇类一起生长,其固氮酶活性可以得到提高。上述结果告诉我们,在这些菇类栽培中应用固氮菌为菇类创造有利生物因素是值得深入研究的。菇类的生长发育,离不开特定的环境条件,环境条件适宜,可使菇类处于最佳的生长状态,从而获得理想的产量和质量,影响菇类生长发育的环境条件,有物理因素、化学因素及生物因素。生物因素中有害因素的防治,已经引起人们的重视,创造和运用有利生物因素则显得不足。本项研究想通过对菇料中固氮菌的数量、固氮酶活性,固氮菌与菇类的关系等方面的调查,为改善菇类栽培中的生物因素或为固氮菌在菇类栽培中的应用,提供一些科学依据。
