国际商务英语沟通很多时候是在非英语母语商务人士之间展开,英语作为他们的通用商务交际语,非母语人士身份和英语语言水平并未阻碍商务沟通的顺利进行。非英语母语商务人士在沟通中是合作的、趋同存异的,本文根据多例基于非母语商务人士沟通交流真实案例的研究文献,概括出使用较频繁的“言语调适”和“暂且放过”策略,两种沟通策略用来有效地保证交际和信息传递的成功。国际通用商务英语沟通的现实要求商务英语教学在内容重点的选择、沟通的培养以及反馈的指导方面作出相应的调整。
International business English communication is often carried out between non-native English speaking business people. English as their common business communication language, non-native speakers and English language proficiency did not hinder the smooth progress of business communication. Non-native English speaking business people are cooperative and converge in the process of communication. According to the research literature of many cases based on the real cases of communication among non-native business people, this paper summarizes the more frequent use of “speech adaptation ” and “for the time being Let go ”strategy, two kinds of communication strategies are used to effectively ensure the success of communication and information delivery. The reality of international common business English communication requires that business English teaching make corresponding adjustments in terms of content selection, communication training and feedback guidance.
