金冠苹果是一个较难贮藏的品种。在我国传统的贮藏条件下,经2~3个月,果实即大量失水皱缩,腐烂率常达30~40%。为尽量减少贮藏损失,经过几年试验,提出了在改良式通风库的贮藏条件下,应用仲丁胺的衍生物结合塑料袋小包装进行薰蒸防腐的综合贮藏技术。经贮藏2~4个月,可使金冠苹果好果率达到95%以上;贮藏的果实保持鲜绿,不皱皮,果肉硬脆,品质良好。为金冠苹果贮藏保鲜,减少烂耗,找到一个简便有效的方法。
Golden Delicious Apple is a more difficult to store the varieties. In China’s traditional storage conditions, after 2 to 3 months, the fruit that a large number of water shrinkage, the rate of decay often up to 30 to 40%. In order to minimize the storage loss, after several years of experiments, a comprehensive storage technology of fumigation preservatives using s-butylamine derivatives in combination with small plastic bag packaging was proposed under the storage conditions of the improved ventilated warehouse.
