本文主要针对的是姓名权与知识产权的联系与冲突,分析了冲突产生的原因、解决的方式。结合案例分析,就如何减少此类冲突的发生,提出了自己的见解。
This article mainly deals with the connection and conflict between the right to name and intellectual property, and analyzes the causes of the conflict and the ways to solve it. Combined with case analysis, I put forward my own opinions on how to reduce the occurrence of such conflicts.
