内蒙古赤峰市兴隆庄小流域,总面积40896亩。有490户,2082人,分居在7个自然屯。这里交通方便,地处矿区,有着发展村办企业及副业的便利条件。 在治理前,水土流失面积占总面积的96.4%,年土壤侵蚀模数5800吨/平方公里,旱、洪、虫、雹、霜等自然灾害不断发生,人均有粮食不过百公斤,人均收入不足50元。 一、试点期间开展的主要研究项目 1985年兴隆庄被列为内蒙古重点治理小流域后本着“巩固提高治理成果,调整措施配置方式,加快治理速度,提高治理标准,突出经济效益”的原则,进行了全面规划,制定了分年实施方案。 (一)调整原有措施配置 1.坡面措施的调整 在原有的小鱼鳞坑、小方坑和工程稀疏地段,根据暴雨设计标准,因地制宜加修水平沟、鱼鳞坑。按阴、阳坡和土质特点、分别补植油松、落叶松、杨树、山杏等树种,在工程
