本文阐述了由8031单片机系统组成的制动闸适时投入装置的研究与应用,介绍了编码器的工作原理、判向电路以及8031的测速、控制部分。该装置能自动根据速度和预设时间控制工作闸及安全闸,使之在带速接近零时可靠抱闸,减少抱闸时的机械冲击。
This paper describes the research and application of the brake timely input device composed of 8031 singlechip system, introduces the working principle of the encoder, the direction circuit and the speed and control part of the 8031. The device can automatically control the working brake and safety brake according to the speed and preset time so as to ensure reliable brake when the belt speed approaches zero and reduce the mechanical shock when holding brake.
