石英是9μm、12μm、20μm及26μm附近红外辐射的一种良好的吸收体~([25])。Palik曾经用折射指数对8μm-14μm波长范围作过理论计算~([26])。结果表明,2.5μm厚的石英在9.5μm和12.5μm附近具有约50%的吸收峰。一块2.5μm厚的石英平板在8μm-14μm红外波段吸收的平均能量约为17%。在共振器上淀积红外吸收涂层,可以增加总的红外吸收。
Quartz is a good absorber of infrared radiation at 9μm, 12μm, 20μm and 26μm ~ ([25]). Palik used a refractive index to theoretically calculate the wavelength range of 8μm-14μm ~ ([26]). The results show that 2.5 μm thick quartz has about 50% absorption peak near 9.5 μm and 12.5 μm. The average energy absorbed by a 2.5μm thick quartz plate in the infrared region of 8μm-14μm is about 17%. Depositing an infrared absorbing coating on the resonator increases total infrared absorption.
