目的了解苏州市中学生慢性疲劳现状及其影响因素,为探讨中学生慢性疲劳防控策略提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取苏州市初一至高三18 139名在校中学生为研究对象,使用问卷调查获取资料。结果60.9%的苏州市中学生存在不同程度的疲劳,其中12.9%为慢性疲劳;高中生慢性疲劳检出率(16.4%)高于初中生(9.1%),女生(13.7%)高于男生(12.2%),差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,父母管教方式、情绪、同学关系、社会支持、自评健康、睡眠状况与慢性疲劳状态呈显著相关(P值均<0.05)。结论中学生慢性疲劳有许多可控因素,慢性疲劳健康教育路径值得探讨。
Objective To understand the status quo of chronic fatigue and its influencing factors in secondary school students in Suzhou City and to provide reference for the prevention and control of chronic fatigue among middle school students. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 18 139 secondary school students from the first to the third senior high schools in Suzhou as study subjects, and the questionnaires were used to obtain the data. Results 60.9% of middle school students in Suzhou had different degree of fatigue, of which 12.9% were chronic fatigue. The detection rate of chronic fatigue in high school students was higher than that of junior high school students (9.1%), female students (12.7%) %), The differences were statistically significant (P all <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that parental discipline, emotion, classmates relationship, social support, self-rated health, sleep status and chronic fatigue status were significantly correlated (P all <0.05). Conclusion There are many controllable factors of chronic fatigue in middle school students, and the path of chronic fatigue health education is worth discussing.
