高校课余运动训练的一个特点,是学生在校期间短、流动性大、又有专业学习的繁重担子。在这种情况下,学生课余训练时间安排不宜过多。训练量和强度不宜过大。但是课余运动训练没有一定的时间和训练强度作保证,提高运动训练成绩就只能是纸上谈兵。如何提高训练质量和运动成绩,根据我们多年的经验,在提高短跑运动员的训练成绩过程中具体做法有如下几个方面。
One of the characteristics of college extracurricular sports training is the heavy burden of short-term students, large mobility and professional learning. In this case, students should not schedule excessive after-school training. Training and intensity should not be too large.
