浙江省平阳矾矿是我国著名的矾都,开采历史悠久,产品销售全国。长期以来,矿石利用率不高,实际使用矿石仅占采出矿石的50%,一半没有很好的利用。为充分利用明矾石矿物资源,使产品能满足深加工的要求,我院进一步开展了明矾石矿石的选矿试验研究工作。 一、原矿性质 平阳矾矿分鸡笼山、水尾山、犬岗山、坪硼岭和马鼻山五个矿区。工业储量丰富,以前三个矿区为主,鸡笼山为目前生产矿区。该矿区属沉积岩中火山热液低温交代矿床,层位比较稳定。全矿区表内矿平均含SO_3品位17.88%,折合明矾石含量为46.26%。自然类型分为砾状明矾石、粗粒和细粒明矾石三种。矿石分块状构造和脉状构造。矿石中主要有用矿物为明矾石,脉石矿物主要是石英、玉髓,约占总量的35%,其他还有高岭土、绢云母、长石等。
Zhejiang Pingyang alum mine is a famous alum in China, mining has a long history, product sales nationwide. In order to make full use of alunite mineral resources so that the products can meet the requirements of deep processing, our institute further carried out the beneficiation pilot study of alunite ore. The deposit belongs to the deposit of volcanic hydrothermal fluids deposited in sedimentary rocks with relatively stable layers. In the whole mining area, the ore in the table contains an average of 17.88% of SO_3, equivalent to 46.26% of the content of alunite. Natural type is divided into gravel alunite, coarse and fine alum stone three. Ore block structure and vein structure. Main useful minerals in the ore are alunite, gangue minerals are mainly quartz, chalcedony, accounting for about 35% of the total, there are other kaolin, sericite, feldspar and so on.
