1993年在大兴安岭林区,从落叶松毛虫(DendrolimussuperansButler)自然死亡虫体内分离到一株病原细菌,经过分离、纯化、培养,这是一株能产生芽孢和伴胞晶体的苏云金杆菌(Bacilusthuringiensis),定名为L-93菌株。通过生理生化反应试验和血清学鉴定,确定该菌的血清型为H3a3b,但生化反应与库斯塔克变种略有不同,其特点是尿酶反应为阴性。对落叶松毛虫幼虫回接试验,5d校正死亡率达972%。该菌株的发现为在寒冷地区开展生物防治森林害虫提供了一个优良菌株。
In 1993, in Daxinganling forest area, a pathogenic bacteria was isolated from natural dead worms of Dendrolimus sulperansButler. After being isolated, purified and cultured, Bacillus thuringiensis, a strain of Bacillus thuringiensis producing spores and associated crystals, Named L-93 strain. Through the physiological and biochemical reaction tests and serological identification, it was confirmed that the serotype of the strain was H3a3b, but the biochemical reaction was slightly different from that of the Kostacus strain, which was characterized by a negative urease reaction. On the larvae of larch caterpillars, the corrected mortality rate reached 972% after 5 days. The discovery of this strain provided an excellent strain for the biological control of forest pests in cold regions.
