应用紫外光谱对健康者血清与肝硬化患者血清进行检测,通过分析二者紫外光谱间的差异为紫外分光光度计应用于肝硬化的临床诊断提供依据。
The serum of patients with cirrhosis and cirrhosis was detected by ultraviolet spectrum. The difference between the two spectra was analyzed to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis of cirrhosis by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.
