曾经尸检发现心肌炎可见于无冠状动脉疾患的心肌梗塞,但此种情况未见于存活时。对于两者之间的因果关系尚意见分歧。本文报道2例急性心肌梗塞同时经活检确诊伴有心肌炎。病例报告:例1,56岁,男性。长期罹患无关节外表现的类风湿性关节炎,服用小剂量激素治疗。在一次高热、咽痛及食欲减退的病毒征候群后,发生向左颌下放射的胸骨后严重压榨样疼痛,持续数小时。心电图示广泛前侧壁心肌损害和陈旧性下壁心肌梗
Once autopsy found myocarditis can be found in myocardial infarction without coronary artery disease, but this situation has not been found in the survival. For the causal relationship between the two still disagree. This article reports two cases of acute myocardial infarction with biopsy diagnosed with myocarditis.
