本文研究了45钢800℃中温硼铝稀土多元共渗,探讨了渗剂成分、共渗时间、渗后热处理对渗层组织结构和性能的影响。实验表明,在渗剂中加入一定量的铝、稀土可显著增加渗层厚度,改善渗层组织,得到Fe_2B为主的Fe_2B和FeB渗层;多元共渗可与普通热处理直接强化,热处理后渗层组织致密,结构牢固,具有良好的耐磨性、耐腐性和抗氧化等特点,而且渗剂来源丰富,成本低,共渗温度低,变形小,简便易行,可直接与普通热处理复合进行,节能省工。
In this paper, we studied the rare earth multicomponent permeation of 45 steel at 800 ℃ in temperature, and discussed the influence of composition of permeation agent, permeation time and heat treatment after infiltration on the microstructure and properties of the infiltrated layer. Experiments show that the addition of a certain amount of aluminum and rare earth in the infiltration agent can significantly increase the thickness of the infiltrated layer and improve the microstructure of the infiltrated layer, resulting in Fe 2 B -based Fe 2 B and FeB infiltrating layers. The multivariate permeation can be directly strengthened with ordinary heat treatment, Layer structure is compact, solid structure, with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation characteristics, but also rich source of penetration agent, low cost, co-infiltration temperature is low, small deformation, simple and easy, can be directly heat treatment and complex To carry out energy-saving labor.
