目的探讨微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法对我院2009～2011年收治的98例采用微波治疗宫颈糜烂的患者临床资料进行回顾性总结分析,讨论本病的临床特征和诊疗方法。结果所有患者经微波治疗后,治愈87例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率为95.9%。无效患者随后转入手术治疗得到治愈,轻度和中度糜烂患者的治愈率高于重度患者。治疗过程中无严重不良反应,部分患者有阴道分泌物增多、腰酸痛、外阴瘙痒等,持续5～7日后不适症状自行消失。结论微波治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效显著,创伤小,止血效果好,治愈率高,修复快,创面修复光滑,复发率低。且费用低,操作简单,无不良反应,术后不影响日常工作,患者易于接受,是治疗宫颈糜烂的一种安全有效的方法,值得在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microwave in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with cervical erosion treated by microwave in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively to discuss the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Results All patients after microwave treatment, cured 87 cases, effective in 7 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate was 95.9%. Invalid patients subsequently transferred to the operation to be cured, mild and moderate erosion in patients with higher cure rate than severe patients. No serious adverse reactions in the course of treatment, some patients have increased vaginal discharge, back pain, genital itching, lasting 5 to 7 days after the symptoms disappear on their own. Conclusion Microwave treatment of cervical erosion significant clinical effect, small trauma, hemostatic effect, high cure rate, quick repair, wound repair smooth, low recurrence rate. And the cost is low, simple operation, no adverse reactions, postoperative does not affect daily work, patients are easy to accept, is a safe and effective treatment of cervical erosion, it is worth further promotion in clinical application.
