Through in-depth field investigation and collection of relevant foreign materials, the author discusses the objective changes of soil vegetation, soil fertility, dry-wetness and annual rainfall before and after the eucalypt plantation is established. It is confirmed that the eucalypt plantations are good for improving the ecological environment, The key is to save the forest litter, woodland has some vegetation and forest own function, plays a leading role. On the contrary, the litter can not be preserved, and the forestland is bare, the effect will not be obvious, even the soil fertility will decline, the arid barrenness and the low growth rate of tree growth. There are indeed different views on this issue. Correct understanding of this issue and pay attention to improving soil fertility will help accelerate the development of Eucalyptus plantations and improve productivity, and receive better ecological and economic benefits.
