从材料、结构形状和尺寸精度方面,分别对某矩形零件进行了工艺性分析,并在三维造型软件Pro/E中建立了实体模型。根据零件的结构特点和技术要求,确定了拉深、翻边切边、冲底孔(复合模具)的工艺方案。采用此工艺方案和模具提高了矩形零件的生产效率和产品质量。
From the aspects of material, structure shape and dimensional accuracy, the technological analysis of a rectangular part was carried out respectively, and a solid model was established in the three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E. According to the structural characteristics of the parts and technical requirements, to determine the drawing, burring trimming, flushing hole (composite mold) process options. The use of this process and mold to improve the rectangular parts of the production efficiency and product quality.
