运算能力强是我国数学教育的传统优势,历次大纲修订都非常重视运算能力的培养,《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》更是把“运算能力”作为十大核心内容之一,并对运算能力的内涵给予清晰界定。教学中,很多教师都能注重从口算、笔算、估算、简便计算等几方面着力培养,并经常性组织一些测试来对学生运算能力养成情况进行评价,但往往囿于以前的一些思维框架,在内容、形式上出现一些这样或那样的问题,直接或间接地影响着运算教学
