在PH=6NH_4AC—HAC缓冲液中,噻吗心安在滴汞电极上产生一灵敏的还原峰,峰电位为—1.23V(vs.SCE).在2.312×10~(-6)—1.850×10~(-4)mol/L之间有良好的线性关系.本文对其极谱性质和电极过程进行研究,用于对噻吗心安的测定,方法简便,结果准确可靠.
In PH = 6NH_4AC-HAC buffer, timolol produced a sensitive reduction peak on the drop mercury electrode with a peak potential of -1.23V (vs.SCE). At 2.312 × 10 -6 -6.850 × 10 ~ (-4) mol / L.This paper studied its polarographic properties and electrode process, and was used to determine timolol, the method was simple and the results were accurate and reliable.
