本文对120例肺炎与哮喘患儿进行了红细胞C_3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物(IC)花环率及T淋巴细胞活性玫瑰(E)花环率测定.结果肺炎组60例红细胞C_3b受体花环率、T淋巴细胞活性E花环率明显低于对照组(p<0.001),而红细胞IC花环率则与对照组相似(p>0.05).哮喘组60例红细胞C_3b受体花环率低于对照组(p<0.01)、红细胞IC花环率高于对照组(p<0.01),而T淋巴细胞活性E花环率则与对照纽相似(p>0.05).
In this paper, 120 cases of pneumonia and asthmatic children were detected erythrocyte C_3b rosette rate, erythrocyte immune complex (IC) rosette and T lymphocyte activity rose (E) rosette.Results 60 cases of erythrocyte C_3b receptor rosette (P <0.001), while the IC rosette rate of erythrocytes was similar to that of the control group (p> 0.05). The percentage of rosette of erythrocyte C_3b receptor in 60 cases of asthma group was lower than that of the control group (p <0.01). The IC rosette rate of erythrocytes was higher than that of the control group (p <0.01), while the activity of T lymphocytes was similar to that of the control group (p> 0.05).
