正确认识在社会主义市场经济条件下企业文化建设的特点,要考虑两个方面的因素:一是企业文化建设本身的特征,它的基本思想和基本要求;一是我国企业的成长过程、目前状况和将来的发展方向,正确处理借鉴和继承、推广和发层的关系。综合以上两个方面的因素,建设社会主义市场经济条件下的企业文化,应把握五个特点:(1)独立性。企业是社会中一个相对独立的实体,它有自身行为的选择权,对自身的行为负责。怎样建设企业文化,先建什么,后建什么,建成什么样风格和特色的企业文化由企业自主决定。它有借鉴先进管理方法的自由,也有不服从瞎指挥的权利。独立的选择权和充分的自主权是建设企业文化的先决条件;(2)先进性。企业文化理论形成于八十年代前期,是在总结以往管理理论和实践的基础上提出的,是现代管理科学的升华。它被世界各国企业界重视和借鉴,就在于它以其先进的管理思想带动企业进入先进的管理状态,推动
