According to the survey and analysis conducted by the National Bureau of Investigation of Heilongjiang Investigation Team, in 2006, the supply and demand of agricultural means of production in Heilongjiang Province was balanced and the market was stable with the market price showing a moderate downward trend. The province’s agricultural means of production prices rose 1.9%.
