Male patient, 65 years old, abdominal discomfort with weight loss 4 months admission. Physical examination: There were no pigmented patches on the whole body’s skin, eyes, ears, nose, and anus. Superficial lymph nodes were not touched. Gastroscopic examination revealed that the gastric antrum had an uplifted mass of 4.5×4 cm in size and its surface was eroded. Pathological report of gastroscope biopsy: poorly differentiated carcinoma of gastric antrum, except for sarcoma. General examination: uplifted mass of gastric antrum 5 × 4 × 4cm, mild surface
