针对烧结矿振动冷却机存在的主要问题进行了半工业性试验研究,试验结果表明:合理地选择振动参数、采用自平衡的结构型式、控制物料在振冷机内的运动速度,对延长冷却时间有突出影响,可使热烧结矿从800℃冷却到100℃以下。本文同时提出散体物料振动运输过程的阻尼向题。采用小振幅和高频率不但能降低料速,并且可提高弹簧的寿命,还有利于密封和降低对地基的震力。
The semi-industrial test is carried out for the main problems existing in the vibrating cooler of sinter. The test results show that the reasonable selection of the vibration parameters, the self-balancing structure type, the control of material moving speed in the chiller, A prominent impact, can make hot sinter cooling from 800 ℃ to below 100 ℃. At the same time, this paper presents the damping problem of the vibration of bulk materials. The use of small amplitude and high frequency not only can reduce the material speed, and can improve the life of the spring, but also conducive to sealing and reduce the vibration of the foundation.
