宁夏民族职业技术学院在2001年合并组建后主动适应民族地区产业结构调整和转型升级对技术技能型人才的需要,密切与吴忠市及周边地区行业企业产学研合作,加大职业教育改革的力度,积极探索“三方联动”办学模式,逐步破解校企合作“一头热一头冷”的难题,实现了学院持续、稳定、协调发展。学院在办学模式改革中经历了探索期、发展期、成熟期三个阶段,积累了丰富的办学经验,取得了明显的办学成效。
