在铜加工带材生产过程中,为使铜材表面具有美丽色泽,使用BTA钝化液。然而,在使用的过程中,存在着经过BTA钝化后的产品,若再进行高温退火处理,就会产生变色发黑现象。特别是在每年的7~9月份高湿、高温的季节,表面变色发黑现象更为突出,钝化剂的钝化效果在退火后失效。本文对BTA的钝化剂的机理进行分析,从而揭示电子铜带表面变色的原因。
In the copper processing strip production process, in order to make the copper surface with a beautiful color, the use of BTA passivation solution. However, during the process of using BTA passivated products, there is discoloration and blackening if the products are annealed at high temperature. Especially in the high humidity and high temperature seasons from July to September every year, the surface discoloration and blackening are more prominent, and the passivation effect of passivation agent fails after annealing. In this paper, the mechanism of passivating agent of BTA is analyzed to reveal the reason of discoloration on the surface of electronic copper strip.
