用兔脑穴位包埋治疗某些疾病致播散性脑脊髓炎,国内已有报导。近两年有些医院仍在进行。现将我们收治的2例由兔脑穴位包埋和穴位匀浆注射,引起播散性脑脊髓病例报告如下。例1,男,28岁。因喝水呛2个月,四肢活动不灵1个月,排尿费劲1天,于88年5月4日入院。该患于88年1月份在某医院接受兔脑穴位包埋治疗。1个月后出现喝水呛咳,未注意。4月5日感左侧头痛,4月10日出现右上肢麻木无力,继之活动不灵。4月26日出现双下肢无力,以右侧为重,同时伴胸部紧迫感,5月1日觉上肢无力伴排尿费劲。查体:意识清,表情淡漠,软腭双侧
